Surface Cleaning Maintenance
Services include dusting, wiping, and sanitizing countertops, tables, shelves, and other flat surfaces, as well as wiping down appliances, sinks, and fixtures. Light sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping of floors is included as well. The goal is to remove dust, dirt, and germs from high-touch and visible surfaces, leaving the home fresh and orderly. Weekly, Bi-weekly, and monthly maintenance options are available and encouraged without a contract.
Deep Cleaning
Deep cleaning includes scrubbing and disinfecting hard-to-reach and often-overlooked areas such as grout, baseboards, vents, and behind appliances. Cabinets, drawers, and fixtures are thoroughly cleaned inside and out, while built-up dust, grease, and stains are removed from surfaces and corners. This service is ideal for seasonal deep cleans, move-in/move-out preparation, or when a home needs a complete refresh.

What Do We Clean With?
We use a concentrated cleaning solution that is specifically kid, pet, and food friendly, meaning that it can be used in areas like the kitchen without any worries. Harsh chemicals such as bleach will only be utilized if requested.
Pricing
We like to keep things simple. We charge an hourly rate of $50 per cleaner. We have a minimum rate of $200, which will cover 4 hours when 1 cleaner is present, or 2 hours when 2 cleaners are present. A deposit of $100 is required before any work is done.
